In this Qigong workshop, you will be introduced to the concepts of Yin/Yang and The Five Elements and learn a simple, but powerful Five Elements Qigong practice. This form, commonly known as The Taoist Five is suitable for beginner and expert alike.
Join us as we explore the profound impact that these simple practices can have on our lives. Even if youve never practiced Qigong before, you will come away from this workshop with a daily routine you can use to increase mental clarity, increase physical (and mental) stamina and create emotional balance regardless what is going on around you. We will meet at the City of Brentwood Community Park, closest to the parking garage benches. Loose comfortable clothing recommended. Love offerings accepted.
