We are back and even more excited for this time around! Our first retreat was such a blast and success, we couldn't help but roll out another one.
Our day will be spent by the Cumberland River, right on the water and soaking up the sun. We'll start the day off with a little bit of getting to know each other of course. After we've all become friends, Haven will take us out on the water for a paddleboard workout to get our first sweat on! Brunch will be provided by one of our wonderful sponsors...the yummiest food and more time to get to know each other! We'll have some quality, vulnerable conversations together and discuss selff love, fitness, nutrition, and more. After we've talked it all out, Macy will lead us in a workout to get one more good sweat in! Of course, more food and refreshments will be provided after this workout. We'll break for another food and talk sesh, and top it off with some cocktails!
This retreat is for any and every type of woman--age, fitness level, size, shape, personality--we want you all here! We love people, SELF LOVE, confidence, encouraging, and just some good ole relationship building.
