To be mindful is to be present, with attention and intention so as to touch deeply every moment of daily life. Through mindfulness practice we transform difficulties and limitations into an experience of peace, happiness and freedom. Mindfulness and meditation practice make it possible to have more resilience, be less reactive and stay centered even when the world around is chaotic.

No prior experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable, loose clothing.

Our gathering will proceed like this:

gather in our meditation room and settle in

greetings and circle sharing

walking meditation

mindfulness bell

sitting meditation

teaching by Daniela in the form of a lecture, reading a passage from a book, viewing a podcast....this varies from class to class

closing circle sharing....conversation and socializing
