How would you feel knowing you've got healthy, whole food, plant-based meals prepared and ready for your family without shopping, chopping or washing dishes?! Welcome to Simple Fix the WFPB way! Youll go home with seven delicious whole food, plant-based recipes, assembled and ready to eat, or ready to cook and eat, or ready to cook and freeze. Main dish recipes will serve 4-8 people, depending on the size of your appetites. Breakfast and dessert recipes will make 8-12 servings. You will recieve a bonus menu planner for your recipes, along with an optional/suggested shopping list to help round out your meals. Participants will be eligible for prizes! If you're unable to attend, purchase a "can't attend" ticket and pick your meals up the following day. If you'd likemore than one set of meals, adjust the quantity of your Eventbrite ticket accordingly. Meals make great gifts for expectant or new mothers, those recovering from surgery or moving into a new home or anyone who struggles to eat healthfully.

Apple Pie Steel Cut Oatmeal
Power Salad and Raspberry Vinaigrette
Chickpea Sandwich Filling
Sweet and Sour Veggie Stir Fry
Hearty Beefless Stew
Lentil Sloppy Joes
Lemon Blueberry Squares

As a group, we'll assemble one extra set of WFPB meals to donate! The cost of this set of meals is already built into your Eventbrite ticket.

Please bring a tote, cooler or laundry basket to transport your recipes home. Workshop is held in the Club Room; please ask for directions at the customer service desk.
