CLASS INFORMATION AND POLICIES

INSTRUCTOR BIO: Ronda Anderson (of Ronda's Cooking)
Im a coffee drinking, sports watching, music listening, exercise nut, and lover of food and healthy eating! After graduating from Kansas State, Ive spent most of my adult life in various corporate accounting positions. But I have long dreamed of turning my love of food into a career. So beginning in 2014, I started some real steps to turn my dreams to reality. Im now a graduate of the Academy of Culinary Nutrition and The Wellness Cooking Academy.

My philosophy about food has evolved over the years. From my meat and potatoes youth on the farm to a simple whole-food diet and many variations in between. Recent years have been a team effort with my IIN-grad husband, Brian, to provide the best diet and health habits for our now teenage son who has battled focus issues.

There is so much to learn about food and eating, but I believe this to be true: Eat Well, Be Well, Live Well. My goal with Rondas Cooking is to take the overload of nutrition information and break it down to a few simple guidelines. And to easily make food that tastes good. Please join me in the kitchen and see whats cooking!
