This 60 min circuit training boot camp focuses on total body workout using body weight and power equipment crossfit style training. This is a challenging but fun event with great music and a strict trainer that will keep you pushing harder and harder!
Space is limited to smaller classes for more personal focus.
No need to bring anything, just wear your workout attire
