Start your day off right with a little bit of sweat! (Please bring a mat if you have one, and wear athletic clothing).
Class description: We will use the resistance of our bodyweight to move, tone and strengthen our physical bodies. Classes will combine classic moves like squats and pushups, playful plyometrics, and yoga.
Hear from a different inspiring woman each month, who is a leader in female empowerment. And experience a nutritional system that can help you gain energy, lose weight, increase performance and age with vitality. (FREE samples that are DELICIOUS included!)
