A culinary experience from Chef Chris Van Hooydonk of Backyard Farms paired with a whisky celebration from Dubh Glas Distillery on the fall release of their Canadian single-malt whisky releases. Distiller, Grant Stevely, will lead the celebration featuring a range of whisky and styles available from The Dubh Glas Distillery. Guests will be welcomed with a Noteworthy Gin cocktail upon thier arrival. The Saturday evening main course will feature wines from Fairview Cellars with winemaker Bill Eggert in attendance.
