Hi... (Hmmm, just read this... this need fixing...) This hike to Dripping Cave is about 7 miles round trip. There are a few narrow and winding trails, but nothing too steep. Part of the route follows Aliso Creek under the oak trees, and we'll pass caves cut into the sandstone thousands of years ago by the ocean, one of which is our destination, Dripping Cave (I still haven't seen it drip, but this might be it). It was used by stagecoach robbers (aka Robbers Cave) back when Wells Fargo ran a route through the canyon...
PARKING IS AN ISSUE HERE... ***PLEASE READ THIS*** Only park on Canyon Vistas street (on the hill). If you park on Silkwood St. at the bottom of the hill You WILL BE TOWED... The residents are very watchful (mean is a good word too).
There are no restrooms on the trail. There is a portable restroom in the park, and dogs are not permitted...

Hi... We're doing 45 minutes or so early (8:00 PM) on Saturday, September 9th, in Huntington Beach, about 10 minutes from the downtown pier area, in a lovely local dive bar... Wayne and the guys that have the other two bands have known each other for a while now as solo acoustic performers, but never plugged in with a full band behind them, so this is going to be a special night for the three amigos, the emotion should be running a little higher than normal... makes for better performances... I guess, I'm still a rookie... So any questions, yeah, I suppose much better to ask the Jester himself (Wayne)... Thanks...
