What we'll do
Doga, "Dog Yoga", is the practice of yoga with your dog. In Doga, owners and their dogs will work as one unit - the owners help their dogs facilitate different poses and, in some cases, the pets are used in poses. $7.00 Drop In Class. ~Dogs must be socialized and vaccinated. Please arrive by 8am so dogs can meet and greet before class starts at 8:30am. PLEASE BRING MAT, WATER AND ANY SUPPLIES FOR YOUR PET. All poses will be beginner and will focus on bonding with your pet. All levels welcome. Do not need to have a pet to attend. $2.00 per person is donated to the Humane Society. Benefits to Doga: *It can be relaxing for the dog and the owner *Provides a good exercise for obese or elderly dogs *Build a better bond between owner and pet *Allows owners to teach their dogs impulse control *Teach humans patience and consistency *Allows people to disconnect and relax *Allows people to laugh and enjoy their dog.

What to bring
Yoga mat, water, supplies for pet, any yoga props needed.

Important to know
Dogs must be socialized and vaccinated. $7.00pp ($2.00 of class fee is donated to the Humane Society)
