Are you a Cycle Hero?
Burn up to 1000 caloris in this 45 minute cycling class that combines traditional spinning workouts with some weight lifting exercises to ensure you gt the most out of your workout in a short amount of time. This class is based on a routine called "Cycle Hero" that I created to help me get in shape faster for basketball games, Spartan Races and other fitness events.
What to bring:
This class is held at 24 Hour Fitness, so you must have a gym membership to join the class. Dont worry, if you do not have a gym membership be sure to show up 30 mins early to get a pass for day (24 Hour Fitness guest pass rules and restrictions do apply.)
