What we'll do
Welcome to your weekend workout. Great way to start your morning.

Now it's time to workout:

Group warm up

5K Walking group- 60 minutes at a walk 4:00 anda slow jog 1:00 interval.

5K Running group- 60 minutes at a walk 1 run 3 interval.

10K Running group- 75 minutes at a run 5 walk 1 interval. Remember this is your LSD (long slow distance) so your will run on the more conservative pace. This run is stictly to build endurance.
