What we'll do
Welcome to your weekend workout!

What to bring
Bring a interval timing watch and water for during and post workout

Time to workout:

Group warm up

5K Walking group- 60 minutes brisk walk.

5K Running group- 60 minutes at a walk 2:00 run 3:00 interval

10K Running group- 80 minutes at a run 6 walk 1 interval. Remember this is your LSD (long slow distance) so your will run on the more conservative pace. This run is strictly to build endurance.

Half Marathon class- You are running 80 minutes with the 10K group.

Post run stretches. Bring water to drink as we cool down and stretch.
