People who have been through the ICU may feel very different when they go home. Please join us to discuss ways to get back to feeling like yourself. We will talk about post-intensive care syndrome (PICS), strategies for success post-discharge, and resources to facilitate healing.
Critical & Acute Illness Recovery (CAIR) Sessions are open to everyone who has experienced a stay in an intensive care unit at Penn Medicine, as well as their caregivers.
Sessions are held in the Family Caregiver Center
on the first floor of the Ravdin Building, next to the escalators, at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, 3400 Spruce Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104.
Sessions are held the second Saturday of the month from 10 am to 12 pm, and on the fourth Tuesday of the month from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
