Sweat, Crawl and Eat with us!

What's a Sweat + Crawl + Eat? Something like a bar crawl, but without the nasty hangover. Participants will get a chance to test three of the hottest fitness spots in the Pittsburgh region. Core Pilates & Yoga will take you through a Mat Pilates session to start off your morning Elite Custom Fitness will then walk you through a strength training class, and you will end at Cycle Bar North Hills with an exhilarating indoor cycling experience.

Following your successful completion youre invited back to CoreLife Eatery for 50% off your meal.

We promise that you will finish this crawl feeling accomplished, revived and inspired to start (or continue) working hard towards living a healthy lifestyle.

Here's how the day will unfold:


All Sweat + Crawl + Eat participants will meet at Core Pilates & Yoga to check-in and pick up swag bags. Tickets will be $20 for this event. All proceeds will benefit Change The Game, in Pittsburgh. To learn more:https://www.changethegamepitt.org.

9:30 - 10:00 AM--Check-in and Swag Bag pick-up at Core Pilates & Yoga


When participants arrive at Core Pilates & Yoga they will check in, receive their participation bracelets and swag bags, and get ready to sweat! While everyone gets settled, theyll have the opportunity to check out the Fitwear Boutique (connected to Core Pilates & Yoga), which will be open during check-in to provide participants the chance to shop for some gear for 25% off!

10:00 -10:40--Core Pilates & Yoga

Core Mat Pilates: Experience the Pilates Method of Mat training with exercises specific to core strengthening as well as full body flexibility. Feel great from the inside out with this focused workout that is easy on the joints and safe for sensitive backs.

11:00 11:40--Elite Custom Fitness

Strength Training: This 40 minutes strength training class is for all experienced levels. It will be a dynamic, high-intensity upper body training session that will include ropes, medicine balls, dumbbells, kettle bells, and much more! Elite Custom Fitness will show you all of the reasons why strength training is essential to your fitness routine.

12:00 12:45Cycle Bar North Hills

Indoor Cycling: Cycle Bar is a premium indoor cycling studio that offers classes for all fitness levels. We are going to take you on a 45 minute ride. Get ready to forget your days troubles and ride out to the latest hits while rocking your ride on one of our 48 bikes with performance tracking software. Each participant will be able to see their performance after class. Cycling shoes are provided at no cost.

(Once you are signed up for this event, we will send you a link where you will beable to set up anaccount,pick a specific bike,provide us with your shoe size andreceive your stats afterclass.)

1:00 Lunchat CoreLife Eatery

Join us for lunch at CoreLife Eatery! All Sweat + Crawl + Eat participants who complete all three stops will get 50% off their meal! Inaddition, we are going to be raffling off - variety fun items!
