Combining breath (pranayama), posture (asana), and meditation, this practice explores the various physical and energetic centers of the body through mobility, stability, and balance. These flow classes are sure to greet you at your level of practice, inviting your exploration of self and soul. Molly is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) and massage therapist (LMT-Maryland) in awe of the human body and everything that comprises the experience of being human. WHAT TO BRING: Please bring your own mat. If available, please bring your own blanket, strap, block, or other props. A limited number of props are available for borrowing on a first-come basis.
LOCATION: Inside Potomac Massage Training Institute, on the 6th floor. Exterior doors occasionally lock. If you have trouble entering the building, please call 202-686-7046.
TRANSPORTATION & PARKING: PMTI is easily accesible by metro, less than 1 block from the Silver Spring Metro Station (Red Line). There is street parking on Colesville Road (follow posted signs) and free parking in the lot behind the building, off East-West Highway. Do not park and leave the premisis.
