This is especially true if you are juggling the demands of both family and work in todays busy world. Getting it all done and accomplishing the things that are most important can feel exceedingly difficult, if not impossible almost like climbing your own personal Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Going for your dreams doesnt have to feel like climbing a mountain on an exotic adventure half-way around the world. Come learn the easy steps to help you to get unstuck fast, carve out valuable time for yourself and achieve your goals.

About the Facilitators:

Sterling Fulton, MHA Master Life Strategist, Founder of Your Space to Thrive helps those going through a change in life to discover and set clear goals, develop strong actionable plans and then to accomplish those goals while facing and overcoming obstacles. She started the business in 2013 after she found herself facing multiple major life transitions (job loss and divorce). In her development of Your Space to Thrive, Sterling used her experience of over twenty-five years of working in program planning and management, training, public speaking, resource development, and most importantly partnership and individual development.

She now works with clients using her vast experience and knowledge to help them to boldly thrive throughout all areas of their life. Sterling is a proud graduate of both Hampton University with a BA in Speech Communications and the Pennsylvania State University with a Masters of Health Policy and Administration. She is the mother of 2 grown sons and human care taker of one adorable dog companion, Dottie.


What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is plenty of parking at the venue.

Coffee and light refreshments will be provided. Bring plenty of questions for the facilitator.
