Mounds of current research tells us that widespread exposure to chemicals in our everyday lives is negatively affecting our health in so many ways. Such everyday chemicals (including everything from pesticides to flame retardants to phthalates to parabens and more) can be found in food, plastics, furniture, cookware, cans, carpets, shower curtains, electronics and even shampoo. Join us for a fun Clean and Clear workshop series! Youll learn how to both identify and replace harmful ingredients. When you are ready to begin switching to safer products, we have you covered whether you prefer ready-made or Do-It-Yourself!

Week One: Clean and Clear Home - Saturday, February 10, 9:30-11:00 a.m.
Well look at the home room by room and identify the most common sources of indoor pollution. You will be empowered with both the knowledge and the how to for creating a clean and clear home. Both ready-made product suggestions and DIY product suggestions and recipes will be covered.

Week Two: Clean and Clear Body - Saturday, February 17, 9:30-11:00 a.m.
Did you know that the average woman uses 9 personal care products (which averages 126 unique chemical ingredients) every single day? The last time a law was passed overseeing the safety of these ingredients was in 1938. In this workshop, you will both learn easy ways to evaluate your personal care products, and you will learn how to choose the safest products for you and your family. Ready-to-purchase and DIY options will be given.

Week Three: Clean and Clear Diet - Saturday, February 24, 9:30-11:00 a.m.
First, we will identify the foods that most negatively impact our health. Then we will cover a food protocol that works to quickly to repair and maintain gut health.

$65 for the entire series of three classes or $25 for drop in.
