Ladies, its time to learn how to chill the f*ck out! Our lives today are overloaded with responsibilities and expectations which is leading us down a path of stressed the f*ck out! Who feels me??

Dont just take my word for it, during my research over the past year Ive uncovered some staggering statistics:

The overall happiness of women has significantly declined over the past four decades.

3 out of 4 adults experience at least one stress symptom

45% experience trouble sleeping due to stress

36% experience nervousness or anxiety due to stress

35% experience irritability and anger due to stress

34% experience fatigue due to stress

We are stressed the F*CK out, and its time to let that shit go and start living in alignment, with flow and inner peace.

Heres the hangup, we literally dont know HOW to destress. We are caught in this vortex of stress and weve convinced ourselves that theres no way out.

Meditation? Pffff, who has time for that?!

I cant turn my brain off for that.

I have no patience to sit there that long.
