Burn it Up is a total body workout group fitness program that provides you with a wide variety of cardiovascular, strength, conditioning and dance exercises every Saturday. This program is designed for all fitness levels and our model for all is to have fun while getting fit!
Our goal is to introduce you to some of the best fat burning and sculpting exercises to sculpt and tone your body. This 1-hour high repetition, body weight, and light dumbbell workouts will take you through a variety of exercises while grooving to the beats of diverse music. With consistency, hard work in and outside the classes and the right eating habits, you will notice improvements in your muscle tone, posture, balance, and strength. We will allow the class name to speak for itself.
Message from the team: Are you ready to burn it up with us? We cannot wait to work out and have with you while achieving your goals!
ALL PARTICIPANTS: Please be sure to arrive on time. Classes require a proper warm-up to prevent injuries. Water and exercise equipment will be provided. However, feel free to bring your own if you choose.
NEW PARTICIPANTS: Please be sure to let the instructor know if you are new to the class and if you have any physical limitations.
First-class starts on September 21, 2019, at 9 am sharp. Following that, all classes will be on Saturdays at 9 am. The entry is $10.
