Satmitar specializes in Kundalini Yoga and is one of few people who studied directly with Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga. Since the 90's, she has also studied the ancient healing art of Sat Nam Rasayan with world-renown master, Guru Dev Singh Khalsa. This art of healing through a state of awareness, is the foundation of her practice and teaching style.
