Dec 02 9:00AM - 10:00AM

Hosted by Nature Trails NC and Triangle Off-Road Cyclist (TORC)

Meet at Breakaway Cafe at 9am and walk over to the skills area on the hiking path.

Come volunteer to help finish up the BC Skills park and be the first to ride the new features! We need lots of hands to groom and beautify the trails before opening. Well spend a few hours raking, moving rocks, and preparing the trails for traffic.

This is a combined work day with the contractor, Nature Trails NC and TORC. There will be a machine on site to help the work go faster. The plan is to put in the return trail and hide all the construction/trail building damange left over. With the machine and lots of volunteers, we plan to get a lot done and make the skills area blend back into the forest and natural landscape.

To bring if you have them:

Work gloves

Work boots

Rake or McCloud...TORC will have all these hand tools: Rogue hoes and pulaskis

Shovel

Wheelbarrow

Bikes!
