We will travel approximately 10 miles through South Philly, Center City, and North Philly to visit organizations working for racial and economic justice in Philadelphia: New Sanctuary Movement, Put People First PA, Youth United for Change and the Reentry Think Tank. Trained volunteers will lead the group, ensuring safe riding and that no participants are left behind.

About the day: We will begin with a complimentary breakfast, donated by Rowhouse Grocery, at their new location in South Philadelphia (1713 McKean Street) at 8:30am. If you are coming on public transportation, take the Broad Street Line to either Tasker-Morris or Snyder Station or the 2 Bus to 17th & McKean. We will have waivers for you to sign while you check in, mingle and enjoy breakfast. From Rowhouse Grocery, we will hop on our bicycles to start the ride. Along the way, well meet representatives from each organization who will tell us about their history and the focus of their current work. Well end our ride around 1:00pm at the Village of Arts and Humanities (2544 Germantown Ave) where well enjoy a fantastic lunch courtesty ofour friends at Rowhouse Grocery.
