Want to lose weight, gain muscle, get toned, AND build confidence? Come join our full body, heart pumping boxing work out classes. With our 12-16 round fun but intense contact and non-contact work outs, you'll see results quickly. Each class is open to all skill levels from beginners who are learning basic boxing fundamentals to "I'm trying to go pro" advance competitors. You will learn detailed footwork and combinations that at the end of each class you practice with your coach and teammates. It's a fun and exciting way to build strength, confidence, and endurance all while getting in shape and improving your eye/body coordination and core stability.

Location:

Classes are located in Austin, TX at Mueller Park right accross from the food trucks by the large pavillion.

When:

Classes are held every Wednesday and Friday at 7PM!

Cost:

$10 per class


What to Bring:

Boxing Gloves (Recommended) (Woman: 12oz/ Men: 16oz)

Boxing Wraps (Recommended) (any size)

Yoga Mat(Optional)

Mouth Piece (Recommended) (any kind)

Boxing Gloves are available to rent for $5 first come first serve.
