Ok peeps! I'm stepping it up! Starting from this date on I will be scheduling at least one bootcamp each weekend. And more in the new Year! It could and most likely will include running drills, jumping, crawling, lunges up the hill, resistance bands, obsticle courses and more. This is not an easy session. This one is meant to kick your butt! Since everyone has their own point of exertion I WILL be pushing you to reach your own. Which means you may not be as fast as others or be able to do as many reps as others. But it's ok. This is not a race. It will be challenging for sure but lots of fun and hopefully leave you feeling like you had an awesome start to your day getting a workout done early and enjoying the outdoors at the same time. For those of us who spend most of our time during the week working indoors or driving in traffic! This is a great way to take your mind off of your routine and do something just for you. Annnd meet new people to do it with! What you will need:
-A positive (I can do this) attitude!
-A workout towel
-Sneakers (not hiking boots)
-Sunblock (just in case the sun decides to shine bright and early)
-If you have workout gloves that would be great but not necessary
**We will really try to get started right at 8 going over what the plan is and then starting our workout by 8:10. Warm up for 5 min, 45 min of working out followed by at least a 5 min. cool down and stretch.
If you are running late come anyway and you can jump in where ever we are. I will have you do a little warm up before.

Only you know your physical condition and ability. This is not an easy workout. It will get your heart rate up and be challenging physically. Please don't feel that you have to push yourself beyond what you feel you can do. If you decide to join us you can stop and take a break whenever you feel you need to.
