Join 12:1:2 Transformation Fitness, Ministry n Motion, Yoga Om and Boom Holistic Fitness for the ultimate workout collaboration that will work your entire body.

Start the day with a 45-minute boot camp style workout, followed by a 5 to 10-mile bike ride on the greenway and finished off with a deep stretch based on the principles of Astanga yoga and focused especially to cyclists to aid muscle recovery, inflexibility and/or joint immobility.

  • Please join us at the Kirk Farms greenway parking. There is plenty of parking.
  • Bring a yoga mat and a bike and enjoy the workout. Water will be provided.
  • Guest are welcome.
