Bring a mat, strap, blocks, pillow, blanket, props that help you be comfortable (but not too comfortable), in meditation and poses. My classes are open to all , but mainly for those who struggle with trauma, PTSD, and addiction, who are willing to do the consistent Yoga practice needed to overcome these. This is free, so, do not sign up unless you show up.
