To get a new day of wellbeing started, meet at sunrise to bath in the awakening light, soft nature sounds, and fresh fragrance of the Presidio redwoods. We'll sip hot tea as we gather, followed by a short poem or passage that honors the healing qualities of nature and to settle into our intentions for self-care. I give a very quick introduction to walking meditation for newcomers, and after that, we walk in silent collective health and gratitude for 20 minutes of meditation. You are welcome to leave in silence at any time if that supports you or stay to the end and chat with other forest bathers.

What to bring
Water bottle, travel mug (to keep tea warm), layered clothing for warmth, comfortable shoes

Important to know
Mosquitoes are known to enjoy the forest air if it is warm enough. Essential oil repellent blend will be available, however, you may want to bring your preferred bug bite prevention.
