barre3 is a 60-minute exercise class incorporating the wisdom of yoga, the strength of Pilates and the grace of ballet barre work. The workouts are designed to transform the body to one of equal balance, strength and flexibility. All movements are low-impact and designed to build muscle, burn fat and break through plateaus. All fitness levels are welcome and modifications are offered for every posture.
Bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, a pair of light hand held weights...and be ready to sweat!
Each participant will be entered to win a swag bag of barre3 goodies such as a cap, b3 water bottle and core ball to power up your barre3 practice!
