This summer, the Barclay/Midway/Old Goucher Redevelopment, a comprehensive neighborhood transformation in Central Baltimore, achieved 75% completion. To help us celebrate this achievement while keeping the momentum going, please join Telesis Baltimore and Marks, Thomas Architects for a tour of the new Greenmount Avenue rental development and the North Calvert Green renovated home.

The event will include a short walking tour of recent progress, stops into a new art gallery and a pop up gallery in a North Calvert Green home and discussion of redevelopment progress and future phases. Refreshments will be served.
