An invigorating, innovative combination of ballet and body conditioning designed to build strength, flexibility and grace. Start with isometic stretches on the barre, then challenge the quads, glutes, hamstrings and inner thighs with a nonstop sequence of plies, tendues and jumps. Finish all of that off on the mat with core conditioning and cool down stretches to elongate the muscles you just worked. Absolutely no prior ballet experience required.
