Urban Cow was a success!!! Now back to basics..
We will resume our Saturday morning boot camp style work outs. Bring the following:
1. Any type of mat to lay on
2. Hand weights if you have them
3. Jump rope if you have them
4. Towel and water
If you do not have hand weights or a jump rope, no worries, we will have them to share. More important is the mat, such as a yoga mat, and water. Now that we are into Fall the ground will likely be wet.
The group will continue to run during the week in the wee morning and early Sundays. You are welcome to join us during those runs. We will have a schedule to pass out shortly.
