Oct 12 4:00PM - 7:00PM

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation strives to help find a cure for those living with cystic fibrosis, a genetic lung disorder which also affects the pancreas and other organs. We will be assisting the Oregon Chapter with their fundraising dinner and silent auction by helping to check in guests as they arrive for the event.

DRESS CODE: This is a formal event for the guests and we have been asked to please wear business or cocktail attire, whichever you are more comfortable with.

DUTIES: Our tasks will include greeting guests, manually checking in guests into an internal auction program, swiping credit cards, adding items (valet, wine pull, etc) to guest's bills, adding guest's information to the auction program, and explaining different features of the event (we will get this information beforehand to become familiar with it).

OTHER: There will be some information that will be sent to us ahead of the event. Please message me your email address so I can make sure you get this information in a timely manner. We will be provided dinner and refreshments during this event.

If you are interested in helping with this event but cannot make this shift or would like to do more, there is also a set-up shift from noon to 5:00 and a check-out shift from 7:00 - 10:00. Please contact Faith at [masked] for more information and to sign up.
