In this workshop participants will examine structures and ideologies that produce and maintain inequality across race, class, gender, sexuality and other identity markers. Activities will be incorporated that deepen participant understanding of individual and group power and various forms of supremacy. The concluding discussion will focus on identifying potentially oppressive practices in our communities and ways to intervene as allies.
