This is part of a 6-week Adventure Race workshop that I will be teaching. You can choose to sign up for the whole workshop (includes 2 strength/HIIT classes per week and a trail run!) or sign up for individual workshops.
Welcome to the final week of obstacle training! This week we will use all the skills that we have learnt over the last five weeks and put it to the test. During this class you will get to experience what it's like to run an obstacle race! Yes!!! You will run a total of 3 miles and complete a variety of obstacles...prepare for glory and, of course, some burpees!
