Expertarchitectand designer, Audrey Ruland, will discuss the California State Bills that were signed by Governor Brown in 2016, and how easy it is for any property in California to add a 2nd unit. The requirements for parking in San Diego County are relaxed, and you must use the unit as a rental dwelling.

AirBnb Super Host, Kara Peter, will discuss the opportunities that having 2+ units on a property creates. Income can be increased significantly, and the return on investment issignificant, not only with the rental income, but also with the increase in property value. How much can you make with short-term rentals, especially when they have multiple units?

We network for about 30 minutes prior to the meeting, and please join us for snacks and beverages before the Meetup. There will be plenty of time to ask questions, determine what strategies work best, and the costs involved with the AirBnb Investment Strategy. The main content starts at 6pm, and runs about 45 minutes. We look forward to meeting you!
