We will be constantly moving to timed intervals while participants are encouraged to use every muscle in the body as they are challenged specifically to their own individual capabilities. Free weights, medicine balls, TRX straps, sand bags, kettle bells and whatever else our awesome staff can come up with will all be game for this 50 minute workout. All exercises will be performed safely with strict attention to detail. We're always looking for new 'cadets' in this fat-shredding, 50 minute class.. Are you up to the challenge?? Only $6 dollars per session or $50 dollars to purchase a 10 pack of sessions.
