Join Avenue Fitness Club as we team up with John Anderson from WKYC Channel 3 to make a movement for a cure for cancer. Lets move together to make a difference on a local level.
VeloSano, a local bike race, has raised nearly $5 million for cancer research at the Cleveland Clinic. This race draws over 1,300 riders varying in fitness levels and riding experience. Whether you are racing for 12 miles or up to 106 miles, training is an important part of maintain a pace that keeps you not only moving, but injury free.
Saturday, May 20th we will be bringing the road inside with a workout designed to get you race ready. This cross-conditioning workout is the perfect combination of indoor cycling, strength training and static stretching.
Not into road racing? Not to worry.
This workout is a great combination for anyone looking to get fit and build strength while working on cardio endurance and flexibility.
