A&J Fitness merges the expertise of Alvin Yeung and Jessica Ramkeesoon. This outdoorbootcamp will include everything from cardio, plyometrics, resistance training, agility, speed training and everything inbetween! You are sure toleave this workout 100% satisfied and eager to come back the next week! Classes will be 1 hour in length. You have your pick of which class you would like to attend (9am, 10am or 11am). Classes will run weekly on Saturdays unless otherwise notified.
