90MBC uses High intensity interval training (HIIT) and well paced circuit training, to help you burn the fat, and tighten those muscles for that lean tight body. All fitness levels are welcome as exercises are scaled to each individual's ability---From pro athlete to grandma and everyone in between.

The following are all the weekly outdoor bootcamps we will be holding through at least the end of Sept:

****Saturday @9AM @Joe Moakely Park, 1005 Colombia Rd, Boston (across from Carson Beach)

****Sunday BEACH Bootcamp @9AM @ Carson Beach

****Mondays & Wednesdays @6:30PM,Start Point: 1 Franklin St, Downtown Crossing, Boston 02108
