Please join us for our 7th Annual ISA Las Vegas Fall Classic Golf Tournament and Table Top Show. This year we will have the golf tournament followed by Table Top Show on Thursday, October 12, 2017. Come stop by the show and get information on new technology and services from various vendors and suppliers in the automation industry. Additionally, there will be two technical training sessions during the show with PDH certificates for those who need them. Win various prizes towards the end of the show. We invite any interested vendors/suppliers to exhibit and/or provide technical training sessions for the show. Finally, for those visiting Las Vegas, Boulder Station is offering our section a great room rate of $40.00/night plus tax and resort fees for Wednesday 10/11 and Thursday 10/12. Jim Hull is a solutions architect for Rockwell Automation. He will be discussing about ways in Reducing attack vectors on your control system and Protecting your intellectual property/data loss recovery.
3:30 PM 4:30 PM Technical Training Session #2: Hands On Pressure Measurements
John Bowman of the Wilmington Instrument Company has been in the test and measurement field since 1973 including 34 plus years of service with the Fluke Corporation. John is a Board member and past President of the Measurement Science Conference. He has presented numerous classes for ISA, NCSli, IAEI and many other organizations during his career. John is certified in Thermal Imaging and Vibration Analysis.
Attendees have the opportunity to calibrate an 800 PSI analog pressure gauge using a hydraulic pressure calibrator with test reports. The procedure is the same as used in our calibration lab.
