WHO WE ARE:
Park View Community Mission offers help, healing, and hope in one of the poorest zip codes in the state of Virginia. Our mission is to restore the lives of families and communities by building relationships and providing life-changing resources through five programs. We give help through feeding programs. Food for Families, Food for Thought, and the Park View Cafe meet the most basic needs of children and families. We provide healing through the Life Skills Institute, free classes teaching practical skills to build a bridge out of poverty. We offer hope by building mentoring relationships and making connections through our Community Resource Center. We know knowledge and encouragement brings hope. With your help we will alleviate hunger and move people toward self-sufficiency. Would you make it your mission to help us with ours?
