This Alameda run is a 5K (3.1 mile) run and walk through beautiful Alameda starting at 9:30AM, just before the historic 4th of July Parade. This run benefits the Midway Shelter for Women and Children.

The race starts at 1420 Park Street in front of Laurens Closet and follows the Alameda parade route ending at Haight and Webster. The scenic course is completely closed to traffic as you run past spectators waiting for the parade to start. your run will finish just past the parade judging booth, and there will be water, Gatorade hydration and Cliff bars.

Register before June 26th to receive a T-shirt, and for 2020 ALL runners will receive a custom finisher medal. Registration before July 1st can pick up your packets at Lauren's closet 1420 Park St (see event schedule for details). IF you register AFTER Thursday July 2nd you will need to pick your packet on Race morning. Thanks for the understanding.
