24HIIT is a 45 minute High Intensity Interval Training class to help improve athletic capacity and condition as well as burn fat. In 24HIIT, you'll perform short bursts of body weight exercises, use weighted equipment such as slam balls, and use cardio equipment such as assault bikes and rowers.

At FitLife Studioes, our classes are designed to support our clients with the 20% fitness while our main focus is on the 80% nutrition. When you join us for a class expect to exprience more than just a good workout!

With every class we host a post recovery shake party to refuel those werked muscles, we have an InBody Body Composition machine to help you keep track of your progress, we have state of the art equipment designed to help blast fat, we support with meal planning and clean eating shopping lists, we have 5-day and 30-day online challenges designed to give you accountability and targets to hit, as well as, at-home workout and nutrition options!
