24HIIT is a 45 minute High Intensity Interval Training class to help improve athletic capacity and condition as well as burn fat. In 24HIIT, you'll perform short bursts of body weight exercises, use weighted equipment such as slam balls, and use cardio equipment such as assault bikes and rowers.

Drop-in classes are $20 but as a Trial Member it's $10/class.

Your drop-in or trial membership includes a pre-workout hydration drink, the fitness class and a post recovery nutrition shake.

Come and check us out for your first time to 24HIIT FREE. You'll have the option to purchase a pre-workout hydration drink and post recovery shake for $7, perfect for you if you've got specific health goals you're targeting!
