With great pleasure, I present to you the 2019 IDHA Annual Conference. Please take full advantage of this years events to learn, network, and grow. This year, we are hosting a one-day conference, but it is packed with interesting activities and influential people to meet!
Our speakers are Lisa Stillman, RDH, BS, and Nancy Mann, RDH, MS Ed. Ms. Stillman will be presenting Developing a Xylitol Protocol in the Dental Office and The Nasal & Upper Respiratory Benefits of Xylitol. Ms. Mann will present a course and hands-on workshop, Instrumentation Updated: The Game Changer for Clinical Effectiveness. You won't want to miss these great CE opportunities!
In addition, students are welcome to attend a special networking event during the day, which will allow them to meet career hygienists and mingle with other dental hygiene students from various programs in Indiana. It is sure to be one of the highlights for any student, regardless of what year they are in their respective program.

Q. What's the IDHA refund policy?
A.Cancellation notices and refund requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the Annual Conference. These requests are to be submitted in writing (email or mail only) and received no later than October 9, 2019. A $25 administrative fee will be applied to any refund request for the full conference registration fee. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed.
Q. Can I register online up to the day of the conference?
A. No. Only Early-Bird and Main Registrations can be processed online up through November 2. As of November 3, ALL registrations will be considered on-site, will be charged the on-site fee, and must be completed at the conference.
Q. Where can I find more information on the conference?
A. The 2019 IDHA Annual Conference Registration Brochure can be found on the IDHA website. Please review or print a copy to see the conference schedule, information on Continuing Education courses and more!
Q. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
A. It is not required but recommended. Should discrepancies occur, documentation is always helpful!
Q. Can I update my registration information?
A. Yes,You can update the information on your order (like name, email address, or answers to the organizer's questions) by clicking your order on theTicketspage. If you don't see an "Edit" link after selecting your order, the event organizer has disabled attendees' ability to change order information. In that case, you cansend a message to the organizerby clicking "Contact" at the bottom of the event listing.
