Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

For Young Catholic tickets purchased, ID verifying the age of the attendee will be confirmed at Check-In on the Day of the Conference

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Parking is available, but in case there are other events on campus that day, we suggest carpooling if possible.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

The venue temperature can fluctuate so we suggest bringing a sweater if you tend to get cold.

Nursing moms are also welcome to bring babies as we will have a nursing room available as we have in the past.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes - all tickets are transferrable.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes - you are able to update your information on your ticket if necessary. If you have issues, please contact us for assistance.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Althougha printed copy of your ticket is not necessary to check in, it will help to expedite the Check-In process.

What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds on tickets purchased. However, if you are unable to attend, please prayerfully consider giving your ticket to a friend or contacting the PDCCW to donate your ticket to our scholarship fund.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Yes - the name does not need to match the attendee to use the ticket.
