Event Entry

  • $25 for X-Wing Regional Championship.Please bring identification and a receipt/email of your purchase.

  • $5 for each 8 Person Scramble on Sunday you participate in. Scramble registration will be taken on-site.

Mat Check In and Prize Raffle

We will need everyone to bring an Official FFG X-Wing Mat if they have one available. We will be providing raffle tickets for those who provide mats which will be used towards prizes including LED ships the day of the event. Tape and markers will be on site to mark mats.

Event Times

Saturday, February 24th - 6 Rounds of Swiss

  • 8am - 10am - Registration and Mat Check In

  • 10am - List Verification and Round One

Sunday, February 25th - Regional Championship Top 16(Top 32 @ 149+ attendees)

  • 9am - Registration and Mat Check In

  • 10am - List Verification and Round One

Sunday, February 25th - 8 Person Scrambles

  • Start once we get 8 players signed up.

  • Play three rounds, place first, win a ship.

Event Rules

Both the Regional Championship and the 8 Person Scrambles are 100 POINT STANDARD DOGFIGHT events.

Players are responsible for bringing all of the game components they need to play a game of X-Wing. This includes all ship models, bases, pegs, Pilot cards, ship tokens, Upgrade cards, and tokens. In addition, they must bring a damage deck from either core, 3 asteroids or debris, sufficient dice for attack and defense rolls, a full set of maneuver templates, and a range ruler.

Players must bring a written out or printed out list to the Tournament, or arrive early enough to fill one out. Lists musts be a legal and follow all rules for List Building.

Players must comply with any directions issued by the available event staff: Eric Dietsch, Kyle Kemble and Peta.

FFG Official Tournament Regualations stipulate for regional events to beFORMAL level eventsusing the ADVANCED tournament structure.Players are expected to possess at least a minimal amount of experience. Players should be familiar with the game rules, and be prepared to exercise that knowledge to play at a reasonable pace. Players are expected to avoid bumping ships and refrain from other sloppy play mistakes. The focus is a friendly competitive environment.
