NO NEW RIDER/DRIVER ADMISSIONS WILL BE PERMITTED ON SUNDAY
First time event participantsshould plan onattending the driver/rider meeting Saturday morning @8:30AM prior to hitting the trailswhere they can pick up an updated trail map and where we will brief everyone ontrail conditions, orient the first timers and provide any last minute trail closures or changes in safety policies and rules.
A first timers guidedtrail ride for ATVs and Jeep/Full size 4x4s will follow this meetingat roughly 8:45AM - If you have a CB or FRS/GMRS walkie talkie please bring it
Motorcycle/ATV/UTV/SxS/Jeep/Full size will have special access to the motocross track - located in the trails
ATVs/UTV/SxSand Motorcycles ONLY will have access to the TT race track - Sorry no jeeps permitted on the TT-Track
"VIP playtime" for kids onlyfrom 12:00 until 1:00 on the big race track(TT-track)- Kids 10 and under only please
KIDS ONLY AREA will be set aside in a grassy area near the camping areafor the little ones just getting started. All children must be accompanied and monitored at all times by an adult 18 years or older. NO EXCEPTIONS
RAFFLEof sponsor donated items and packages, be sure to bring plenty of $1 bills for tickets.
Event staffmonitor and useChannel 17 on bothCB radios and FRS/GMRS walkie talkies, be sure to bring your radios to communicate with your group while out on the trails.
Each adult campingmust purchasea Camping Pass whichwill beexchanged for a campers wrist band and a vehicle dash board pass at check-in.

Campers may selecttheir own camp site from those available after check-in - Camp sites are on a first come basis
Camp sites do not have electricityand there is no water available -Pleasecome prepared
Multiple porta-pottys will be onsite
(1) camper or (2) tents and not more than (4) adults per campsite
Only (1) tow vehiclewith trailers per camp site
Parking for additional tow vehicles can be provided as requested at no additional charge
Small firesare permitted, bring your own wood.

This event is open to the public and ALL clubs and groups across the USA. If you are part of a large group and wish to reserve a largecamping areaso all your members can be together. Simply send an email request, with the type of vehicles, total number of vehicles, approximatesize of any campers and number of people camping to - email@example.com and we will contact you to make arrangements.
Only tickets purchased online mayparticipate in the night ride, tickets purchased at the gate are not eligible for participation in the night ride.Attendees will be broken up into groups andassigned a designated pair oftrail guides at the discretion of the staff. You must stay with your guides at all times. All guides have both CB and Walkie Talkie radios.
No accomodations will be made to group friends together for the night ride.
During the night ride anyone found leaving their group, making thier own trails,being overly aggressiveor otherwise being unsafe will be immediately ejected from the event, no warnings will be issued. For the safety of all takenotethat If you are found intoxicated and driving on the trails or driving in the campground staff members have made special arranagementsto notifythe Ashtabula County Sheriffwho will enforce Ohio'sstate law regarding OVI.
IMPORTANTINFORMATION FOR FULL SIZE VEHICLES (JEEPS/4x4's)
RECOVERY/TOW POINTS - All FULL SIZE vehicles must be equipped with proper tow points FRONT & REAR. Depending on trail conditions vehicleswithout anytow points may be refused access tothetrails. NOTE: A hitch is a tow point, a bumper without a hook or recovery point is not.
TIRES -Allfull size vehicles must be equipped with at leastallterrain tires. For safety reasons depending on trail conditions vehicles with out the appropriate tires may be refused access tothetrails
What if I get stuck? LCOR staff will be patrolling and will render recovery aid, however as is customary and requiredALL participants must connect their own recovery lines to their own vehicles - NO EXCEPTIONS. STAFF andother attendees are not responsible for any vehicle damage or injuries caused due to improperly connected recovery lines or any failures of improperly kept recovery gear.
TICKET SALES AT THE EVENT
Any tickets remaining after online sales complete will be sold at the gate,but as a reminderin an effort tolimit the total number of vehiclesso everyone has a great off roading experience on the trails there are only 400 vehicletickets available in total.
Once all tickets are sold we will be putting out the SOLD OUT sign.
Any tickets that would be left for Drivers and Riders will increase to$30/each- CASH ONLY !!
There is no limit topassenger and spectator tickets and those may be purchased at the gate until 4:00PM on Saturday
As always Kids 10 and under ride for freehowever liability waivers and parent or legal guardian signature required at check in-NO EXCEPTIONS

WHEN YOU ARRIVE
When arriving to the eventALL Riders/Drivers/Guest/Sponsors/Exhibitors and participants will be directed to the pavillionwhere a staff member will process their admission andacquire thenecessaryadditional liability waiver signatures. Please allow for at least 10 minutes to process your entry and get your wristbands when you arrive
If you have purchased your tickets on-line please have your printed tickets, includingthose for children 10 and under and for campingalong witha Drivers license or State issuedID ready when you reach the check-in tables.
