We welcome all participants 12 years and older to register for the workout as an Individual or as part of a Team of Two.


Individual: Athletes take on the workout as prescribed or with the weight and scaled movements of their choice.

Teams of Two: Athletes split the workout with a partner as prescribed or with the weight and scaled movements of their choice. Teams can be two men or two women only.

  • 7 Squat, Clean 'n Jerks
    (135 lbs. Men / 95 lbs Women)
  • 50 Push ups
  • 7 Squat, Clean 'n Jerks
  • 50 Sit ups
  • 7 Squat, Clean 'n Jerks
  • 50 Box Hops
    (24" Box Men / 20" Box Women)
  • 7 Squat, Clean 'n Jerks
  • 50 Pull Ups
  • 7 Squat, Clean 'n Jerks
  • Run 1000 Meters

*All Movements are scalable for non-competitive heats

We welcome all participants 12 years and older to register for the workout at a Competitive (Rx) or Non-Competitive (Scaled) level (see definitions and time slots available below).

Competitive (Rx): Athletes are to complete the prescribed movements to standards (see above) in the shortest time possible.

Non-Competitive (Scaled): Athletes take on the challenge with the weight and scaled movements of their choice.
